I have been craving banana bread for the past few weeks. So I finally bought a few bananas, waited for them to get really ripe, and made 3 mini banana breads. By the time I wanted to take a pictures, 2 had already been devoured so I was able to get a pictures of the last bread...

I found the recipe here. Instead of buttermilk, I used about 2 table spoons of sour cream and 1 table spoon of milk. For decoration, I topped the bread with slices of banana that I sprinkled with a little bit of sugar. The recipe was easy and so delicious! In my opinion it was best to eat after it is baked because the crust was crunchy which was a nice contrast to the soft bread.

Banana bread is so yummy. Mmm...crunchy and moist. That's the perfect combination!
